Put Your Workbench to Work

Two questions:

1. Have you ever told a customer “No” when he (or she) came in looking for a specific starter or battery cable—like a starter cable for a 1962 John Deere tractor?

2. Do you have an old workbench not doing anything in the back room except providing horizontal storage?

If you answered “Yes” to the first question, then you probably know you have missed out on some sales and the potential to get some good customers and repeat business over the years.

If you answered “Yes” to the second, then a lot of the solution is at hand. (We can help, even if the answer is “No.”

There is no reason to turn away OEM starter and battery cable business when you can easily make up a perfect replacement. Have you looked at what the OEM’s charge for those things? With a relatively modest investment in some cable, connectors and a crimping tool you can make up perfect replacement cables, cash in on the profits, and make your customers happy.
We have lots of ideas on easy ways to get started, including starter kits tailored to various industries and customers—all the basic connectors you would need for automotive, ag machinery, truck and bus, etc.

Check out our catalog and call your account manager.

And if you need a work bench, we have those, too.
